The great Red Dragon

For more than two centuries, one of the most striking and memorable paintings has been William Blake’s “The Great Red Dragon and the Woman Clothed with the Sun,” . For the first time since the painting’s creation, i have created a sculpture based on Blake’s painting. Unveiled the “New Great Red Dragon” at the April, 2016 Monsterpalooza in Pasadena, California.

Albert Einstein cold cast bronze

Created in 2006 this was my first attempt to sculpt a portrait bust. I kept the mold and was surprised that it is still in good condition to make more casts.
This one is a cold metal cast  - resin mixed with bronze powder

Rosl Update

Recently I visited Austria and stopped by to check on Rosl , if she needs some cosmetic treatments since the Bust has been exposed to all Weather conditions for 7 Years already. To my surprise i found, that she is still in pretty good condition ! 

The second Bust, that has been ordered for an Exhibition in 2008, was just recently mounted at the Place  where she used to live.

Bobblehead

Beginning of this Year, my Teammate Maurico gave me a pair of expensive Pedals for my Bicycle. He didn't want anything in return, so i offered to create a mini - ME of Him.Almost finished with the sculpt, i didnt know exactly what to do with the hair...also didn't want to put a bicycle helmet on either.... Then Mauricio participated at Race Across Amerika and got a Mohawk  - here was my solution  ! - I gave the mini me a Mohawk - and it looked perfect ! It went  a little crazy with the detail, because i wanted to make an authentic look from this years-2011 racing skinsuit.I sculpted a piece of Cobblestone Paver for the pedestal, to get a classic bicycle-race look - having Mauricio standing on it :)
